Safety and Housekeeping AST Acme has been working in our customers facilities for over 20 years. During this time we have developed a record of safe work experience. All AST Acme employees under go comprehensive training in confined space entry and other necessary task training to assure safe work practices. We both expect and inspect safe work practices. We employ a random drug testing on all employees each year. Each employee is instructed in the order of our priorities Safety, Housekeeping, Quality, and Productivity. Capabilities AST Acme provides lining services for process vessels, storage tanks, piece parts, tank trucks and tank cars. PFA, ECTFE, PVDF, PVC, and all types of rubber are some of the materials available in sheet lining. In coatings, both ambient cure coatings and baked linings are installed in the shop. The fluoropolymer baked coatings such as PFA, PVDF, ECTFE, and others are limited to shop installation due to the very high bake temperatures. Experience AST Acme has installed lining and coating systems for over 20 years. Extensive experience in the nation's largest chemical manufacturing facilities, automotive assembly plants, food process facilities, and virtually any industrial environment that are represented. Projects such as dismantling, coating, reassembling and balancing air handling fans; and reactor vessel lining removal and relining are some of the projects completed in the past few years.
